This is a small device made by Martin in the USA that has a 1/4" plug that goes into a guitar and a 1/4" jack that the amp or pedal cable plugs into. There are volume and tone controls built on to it which are great to use with a guitar with little to no controls on the output. Overall it is in excellent shape.
