North Drums are horn-shaped drums that were designed to project their sound outward, so the audience can hear the most direct qualities of the drum. This 12" rack tom is in very good shape for the age.  The mount does have some pitting and flaking and it has a few scuffs, dings and streaks. There is also a bit of corrosion on some of the internal screws. Please look over the photos.
