National New Yorker Lap Steel 6-String 1937
National New Yorker Lap Steel 6-String 1937
Condition: Very Good
Ca. 1937
Electronics are in good working condition. It has a volume knob and a tone knob which is labeled with "Hawaiian", "Chimes" and "Harp" settings. It includes an adapter so you can use a standard instrument cable instead of the proprietary Amphenol RF cable (cables not included, only adapter).
This has the signature National New Yorker art deco aesthetics based on the Empire State Building. 6 Strings. No case. There is some checking, cracks and gaps missing in the finish due to age. Overall though this instrument is in very good shape considering it is closing in on being 100 years old.
