This is a Ludwig Double Tom Mount from the 1980s in good condition! This mount has a super long 19"x1" pipe that can be placed into a bass drum mount. This mount also has a third rack mount where another drum or auxiliary percussion could be placed. The chrome on this piece does have a bit of patina forming, but it works exactly as intended. There are also a considerable number of dents in the pipes where drums have previously been mounted.
