Condition: Fair

This 13 inch tom shows signs of corrosion on the hoops and metal hardware as well as what appears to be blue paint. There is corrosion on the interior screws and washers and discoloration on the interior. This drum does not include the resonant hoop, tension rods or head. Overall the drum is in fair shape.
