White cover. 3.7k ohms resistance. Strat-style single coil pickup with two mounting screws, no sprngs included. Foam rubber adhered to the bottom of the magnets. Overall very good shape, some cosmetic wear such as scratches and discoloration but the pickup has been tested and works.
