This is a vintage fiber trap case that could be used for holding hardware or other drum accessories. It has a two compartments on the inside, one is rather thin and the other is larger. The straps have been replaced with belts and there are various signs of use. There is a small tear on the bottom side. It is a very cool vintage piece though and would make a great addition for a drum collector.
