This is a Fender 14"x5" Starcaster drum. It is missing the snare side hoop, head, tension rods, buttplate, strainer, snare wires and straps. There are some scratches, blemishes and overall signs of use. It is equipped with a used coated remo head. This drum could be fixed up and played or used for timbale sound. Overall considering all it needs to be in good playing shape, this drum is in poor condition.
