Fender American Standard Stratocaster Maple Fingerboard Brown Sunburst 1994 40th Anniversary w/ Tweed Case
Condition: Very Good
This 40th anniversary American Standard Stratocaster is one of 1954 that were built in 1994 for this series. Built from an Alder body, it weighs 7.4lbs, with a bolt-on maple neck and maple fretboard with 22 jumbo frets. It has a nut width of 1.6875", with a scale length of 25.5", and a 9.5" fretboard radius. The pickups have been upgraded to Seymour Duncans pickups, and sound great. They are very articulate with amazing clarity. This guitar has been well played and has the scratches to show for it. The neck in particular has some checking, finish wear around on the inlays and some visible wear around the first 5 frets on the fretboard. They can be seen in the photos. Overall though the guitar is in very good shape for its age and plays well. The case included is not the original but it is a tweed Fender case which looks great with this guitar.
