This vintage Ludwig Spur-Lok hi hat stand has a spring tension control wheel near the footboard and also includes a clutch. The stand is missing one rubber foot and there are also minor signs of pitting and corrosion on the center rod of the stand. This hi-hat stand still appears to work as expected.
