This is a Fender 13"x11" Starcaster drum. It is missing the resonant side hoop, head, and tension rods. There are some scratches, blemishes and overall signs of use. Inside hardware is corroded. This drum could be fixed up or used as a concert tom. Overall considering all it needs to be in good playing shape, this drum is in fair condition.
