This 1950s Kay is in very good condition for its age. Kay basses are renowned for their sound and quality level and are especially well known to be used by bluegrass players. This bass does have some scratches and signs of wear. It has some scratches on the bass side shoulder, the upper bout on the top and back, and the edge of the lower bout near the bottom of the back of the bass. The fingerboard also shows some signs of wear along the edge. Please view the photos included to get an accurate idea of the cosmetic condition. We are including a bag with this bass. Plays great!
