This is a Peavey tom drum stand. It has 2 rods included that are 7/8" in diameter to fit into the mounting system on your rack toms. For added flexibility, you can swivel the tom arm brackets with a quick turn of the wingscrews. It also has the option to mount a third arm if you desire. It has solid double-braced legs. It has some signs of age and wear, with light corrosion in some places, but overall it is in very good condition for its age.
