This is a 12" speaker from a Crate twin combo amp. It has 8-ohm impedance rating and runs at 60 watts nominal, 120 watts peak. This is an Eminence speaker that is branded as Crate. The model number is 86-343-08. There is little bit of wear to the cone of the speaker but over all it is in very good condition. This could be just what you need to get your rig up and running!
