This Basix rack tom would make a great affordable drum for someone piecing together a kit! The drum is in is in good shape with some light corrosion to the metal hardware, particularlly on the interior. There are also some scatches and blemishes, but nothing too major. It has a suspension mount included that can receive a rod up to .75" in diameter. The rubber that holds the suspension mount onto the tension rods is degrading and cracking. Overall this drum is in good shape.
