The YFL265S is an intermediate, silver plated, open hole flute (with plugs), by Yamaha. This particular flute does have wear throughout it.

There are superficial scratches and tarnish. Most notably on the head joint around the lip plate and in the middle of the body. The foot also has a small dent. All of this is pictured below, but feel free to reach out for further questions.
