G.A. Pfretzschner 1930's German Upright Bass

Condition: Good

A beautiful flat back 1930's upright bass by G.A. Pfretzschner, this piece is in good condition given its age. All solid, hand carved wood.

There are some cracks throughout the body and chips along the edges. The back of the body has a crack that's been repaired. There is also a crack along the treble side of the upper bout, but it plays well and the sound is impeccable. The headstock has been repaired.
