 B101 flute by Blessing USA. This piece does have wear throughout it but is playable. 

It has some minor dents on the body and head joint, as well as superficial scratches. There is also some tarnish in the more hard to reach places under the keys. Overall, this flute is ideal for beginners looking for a good value.
